Recital and season award orders

A recital order is really a roster problem. Dancers appear in two, three or six routines, shows run on different days, and teachers deserve something too. Encore Trophy Studio builds the order from the class lists so one design repeats while the names and classes change.

How do you order recital awards when dancers are in several routines?

Decide first whether a dancer receives one keepsake for the season or one for each routine she performs in. Then send Encore Trophy Studio the class rosters by show. We build one row per physical piece, grouped by show and class, with teacher plaques and lobby posters on separate lines. The quote, the proof and the packing follow the same grouping.

What does a two-show recital order look like?

Take a studio with a Saturday matinee and a Saturday evening show. The owner wants every enrolled dancer to receive one Recital Award, no matter how many routines she dances. She sends the enrollment list rather than the routine lists, so a dancer in the matinee tap number and the evening jazz number appears once. Each award carries the dancer's name and her main class. The order adds the Full-Color Dance Event Poster Package so the lobby easel and the awards table share the show artwork, plus three Dance Studio Recognition Plaque pieces for the teaching staff. The proof comes back sorted by show, then by class, in the order classes are called on stage for the finale.

Place the show title and practical event information on the poster. Keep individual names and recognitions on the awards, where they can be checked separately as the final performance list changes.

The details to personalize: show, studio, recognition, season. The product page lets you enter them and carry the design into your quote request.

How is a recital order assembled from the roster?

01

Pick the counting rule first

One piece per enrolled dancer, or one per routine appearance? The totals differ a lot at a studio where company dancers perform six times. Write the rule down and send it with the list, so the count and the wording match.

02

Separate the fixed text from the variable text

The show title, studio name and year repeat on every piece. The dancer and class change. We fix the repeating text once and treat the rest as data, which keeps sixty plates in one consistent style.

03

Say how awards are handed out

Backstage by class, on stage during the finale or at a studio party the following week? Pieces can be grouped and labeled by show and class to match, and a second studio location gets its own shipment line in the quote.

Questions about recital and season award orders

How do you order recital awards when dancers are in several routines?

Does a studio-wide order lower the cost of each award?

It can, though not automatically. One design repeated across every class reduces setup, while individual names, mixed sizes and two delivery addresses add work. The site's budget estimator does not lower the unit cost for a larger roster. Encore Trophy Studio prices the actual roster you send, so the written quote is the figure to put in the recital budget.

How are new students who enroll after the order is placed handled?

Send the additional names with the order reference and we add rows on the approved layout. If the recital is close, ask when the last addition can be accepted and still travel with the main shipment. A later addition can be made separately, and the quote states how it will be charged and shipped.

Can competition team awards and recital keepsakes go in one order?

Yes, as two sections under one reference. Recital pieces carry a dancer, a class and the show title. Competition pieces carry a routine, a style, a division and a placing. Keeping them in separate lists means each gets its own proof, and a placing cannot end up on a keepsake meant for a beginner ballet class.

Is there a minimum for a small studio?

Low minimum orders are available, and the minimum is confirmed for the design the studio chooses. Include your dancer count in the first message, even for a single class. A small studio reusing the layout it approved for last year's show is quoted as a repeat with new names and a new title.
